Check your account settings
Select settings on your home screen.
Select Mail from the menu
Under Mail, select Accounts
Click the Account name
Ensure that your Incoming Mail Server settings are correct:
- Host Name starts with followed by the domain name e.g. mail.example.com*
- User Name is the full email address
Select SMTP
Then click the Primary server
Ensure that your Outgoing Mail Server details are correct:
- Host Name starts with followed by the domain name e.g. smtp.example.com*
- User Name is the full email address
- Password is correct
- Use SSL is OFF
- Authentication is Password
- Server Port is 587
Once you have confirmed all your settings are correct, select Done
